Some sessions may be longer to allow further space for certain therapeutic work to be integrated; however, this will be negotiated with you as part of a proposed treatment plan.

Payment and Insurance
Payment for therapy or supervision is kindly requested via bank transfer. I am a registered provider with Aviva, Bupa, AXA PPP, and Nuffield Health. Depending on your specific policy, you can typically claim back these fees directly from your insurer, and I am happy to provide all necessary invoices or receipts to support your claim. Please note that any policy excess is your responsibility and is usually paid directly to me rather than the insurer.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are usually charged at the full fee, as it is unlikely that the time can be offered to someone else. If something unexpected happens, please let me know as soon as you can and we can discuss the best way forward.
